The Registration Fee is $40 per person, plus hotel expense and Friday night dinner. The fee for children 5 and under is free. If you know of persons who did not receive a registration form or if you have family members who no longer reside in your household, please feel free to copy this form or have them reach Chantelle Aaron Butler at (337)856-1295 or thera_p@msn.com.
